Peru Amazon Rainforest Services – Training

Partner with Fauna Forever and we will help you develop and implement an innovative and successful training program for the benefit of your teams or clients, undertaken in unique and spectacular natural environments. Fauna Forever has been training students, recent graduates, and teams of volunteers of all ages and nationalities for more than fifteen years, with an emphasis on teaching Neotropical rainforest wildlife research techniques (bird banding, mammal transects, pit-fall traps, camera traps, etc.), species identification, biological statistics, and wildlife photography. We are ready to share our training program development skills with you, your business, or your organisation, to help build your teams’ or clients’ skill base. The training programs we help develop are planned around a soft-ecotourism context, that is to say they are largely based at a rustic but comfortable lodge or research station located in the Tambopata rainforest a couple of hours from Puerto Maldonado. Accommodation consists of twin-bed rooms with en suite bathrooms and spacious dining and meeting areas. Just imagine people learning a new skill, and having it associated and reinforced perhaps with observing wild flying macaws or jumping mischievous monkeys.

Why Partner with Fauna Forever?

Over the last 15 years of field research and conservation work in the Tambopata rainforest area of Peru, the Fauna Forever team has learnt how to accomplish its aims in what many would describe as a challenging environment. In this time, we have amassed a plethora of information on how to get things done efficiently, and we’re eager to share this knowledge for the benefit of others.
